Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full School Subscription

Free Trial

  • 3-Day Free Trial: Upon signing up for the Full School Subscription, customers will receive a 3-day free trial period. During this trial period, customers must provide their credit card details, but no charges will be made until the trial period expires.

  • Cancellation During Trial: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time within the 3-day trial period without incurring any fees or charges.

Paid Subscription

  • Monthly or Annual Payments: After the 3-day free trial, customers will be charged based on their chosen subscription plan—either monthly or annually.

  • Auto-Renewal: Customers may stop their subscription from auto-renewing at any time by adjusting their account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No Refunds: Once the billing cycle has started, there will be no refunds for the Full School Subscription, whether it is on a monthly or annual plan..

Individual Courses, Micro Courses, and Course Packs

  • Access Duration: Access to individual courses, Micro Courses, and Course Packs is granted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. These purchases do not auto-renew.

  • No Refunds: All sales of individual courses, Micro Courses, and Course Packs are final. No refunds will be issued for these purchases.
